Nel periodo post-pandemia Chiesi Italia si è interrogata su come ripensare i progetti People Care. Ci ha guidati l’obiettivo di ampliare le offerte raggiungendo i dipendenti anche durante lo smart working e rispondere realmente ai bisogni estremamente eterogenei.
In questo intervento Chiesi Italia presenterà il progetto pilota BeWais appena concluso che presto si estenderà al resto della popolazione in cui le nuove tecnologie, la grande attenzione all’esperienza del “cliente”, un approccio agile e data-driven sono a servizio delle persone per monitorare il loro stato di benessere (non solo in ufficio, ma da qualunque luogo loro abbiano scelto di lavorare) e rispondere in modo “sartoriale” a specifici bisogni delle persone.

Dopo 4 anni di introduzione del welfare in Tper, nonostante le molteplici iniziative che hanno coinvolto tutto il personale, l’utilizzo è ancora al di sotto delle aspettative. L’Azienda sta comunque perseguendo l’obiettivo di effettuare un cambio culturale con altre iniziative promozionali con le quali viene incentivato il ricorso alla piattaforma welfare.
