Selezionati e assunti da subito a tempo indeterminato, gli Steel Engineer sono inseriti all’interno di uno specifico ambito aziendale e hanno l’opportunità di acquisire un bagaglio completamente nuovo di competenze tecniche, gestionali e trasversali.
